Shyam Kakar

Shyam Kakar is a 2022 Tulane graduate with a double major in Economics and Environmental Studies, graduating with a 4.0 GPA and receiving summa cum laude honors. After graduating, Shyam spent 1.5 years working in strategy consulting at EY-Parthenon, where the focus was primarily on commercial due diligence for growth equity investors. This involved conducting market and business strategy assessments, with a functional emphasis on voice-of-the-customer interviews, competitive landscape assessments, and growth strategy analysis. Prior to the EY-Parthenon role, Shyam gained valuable experience through internships in Customer Success, Strategy & Ops, and Product at prominent SaaS startups, including companies backed by Y-Combinator. Shyam is enthusiastic about the opportunity to support high-potential startups.
