Why Startup Team Mentoring? QSPARC Labs is at a critical inflection point, transitioning from academic theory to commercial execution, and mentorship is essential to navigate this shift effectively. I am seeking guidance on three core areas: developing a clear roadmap for NIST standardization and FIPS compliance required for entry into defense markets; designing credible proof-of-concept engagements that meet the rigorous empirical expectations of satellite and IoT partners; and refining a dual-market business model that can effectively serve both high-security defense clients and high-efficiency commercial customers without diluting focus or value.
