NeuraSynced is a neurotechnology startup building an AI-powered recovery monitoring platform for patients discharged after neurological surgery, traumatic brain injury, or stroke. The platform uses EEG and fNIRS biosignals to deliver personalized at-home rehabilitation sessions, track cognitive and motor progress in real time, and give clinicians continuous visibility into how their patients are recovering — long after they leave the hospital.
The gap between hospital discharge and long-term recovery is where most neurological setbacks happen. NeuraSynced closes that gap by keeping patients engaged in structured, adaptive therapy while giving care teams the data they need to intervene early and prevent costly readmissions.
NeuraSynced is an early-stage Software as a Medical Device company pursuing FDA Class II 510(k) clearance and Remote Patient Monitoring reimbursement pathways, with an initial focus on health systems in the Gulf South.
Why mentorship: I am seeking mentorship to accelerate NeuraSynced’s transition from concept to a clinically validated product. Guidance on building a scalable AI architecture, navigating HIPAA compliance and early regulatory considerations, establishing clinical partnerships, and integrating with hospital workflows would be especially valuable. As a young founder, I would benefit from mentorship to avoid common early-stage mistakes, strengthen our go-to-market strategy, and better position NeuraSynced for successful pilot studies and future adoption. Insight into clinical validation, funding strategy, reimbursement pathways, and digital health implementation will be critical as we prepare our MVP and refine our value proposition. Mentorship will play a direct role in helping NeuraSynced develop a safe, effective, and impactful neurorehabilitation solution for patients and healthcare providers.
