Informuta’s mission is to provide clinicians with precision diagnostics for antibiotic-resistant infections using machine learning and our proprietary data analytics platform on next-generation sequencing data. We are the first and only to predict the antibiotic resistance profile of a bacterial infection, predict if that infection is likely to become resistant during treatment, and track infection spread at the patient-level in real-time, all from just looking at DNA. Our first product is a comprehensive report that compiles this detailed information and is rapidly delivered to clinicians, serving as a diagnostic tool that enables effective precision treatment of antibiotic resistant infections.
