Breeze Shuttles provides free-to-low-cost electric rides in college towns and urban districts, funded by a comprehensive advertising ecosystem that includes vehicle wraps, LED screens, in-app ads, flyers, product sampling, school/city partnerships, and rider fares. Riders use our app to request trips while businesses reach students, locals, and visitors across every channel. Our model is unique because transportation and marketing work together to deliver a reliable service that reduces drunk driving, safety incidents, carbon emissions, and parking congestion. We’re scaling across colleges and urban markets nationwide, with long-term expansion opportunities in select high-tourism regions outside the U.S.
Why Startup Team Mentoring: Breeze is at a transition point between early traction and structured scale. Mentorship would be most valuable in refining our growth strategy, navigating partnerships with universities and municipalities, and strengthening our operational and financial models as we expand. Specifically, guidance is needed around structuring pilot programs with institutional partners, improving unit economics as fleet size increases, and building repeatable processes for launching in new markets. Mentorship in regulatory strategy, advertising sales at scale, and long-term sustainability for transportation startups would directly accelerate Breeze’s progress.
Having experienced operators and founders challenge assumptions, pressure-test the business model, and help prioritize next steps would be instrumental in avoiding common scaling pitfalls and positioning Breeze for long-term success.
