Biography

Natalia Sandor is a startup and innovation leader dedicated to helping entrepreneurs turn ideas into successful businesses. She specializes in venture development, business strategy, and entrepreneurial program management.

A Macaulay Honors alum, Natalia began her career as a program coordinator at the Blackstone LaunchPad for CUNY CSI, where she led business development and startup growth. She later served as incubator coordinator at ideaHUb at Hofstra University, where she supported venture development across higher education, AI, and private-sector industries. She is also the founder of Sand Bars Handcrafted, a locally sourced ice cream sandwich startup based in New York, which she launched during her freshman year of college.

At Tulane University, Natalia will support the Young Entrepreneurs Academy (YEA!) and other programs at the Tulane Innovation Institute, empowering the next generation of entrepreneurs. She is passionate about fostering inclusive innovation, authentic storytelling, and opportunities that strengthen communities and create lasting impact.
