Biography
Jalin Carter is the Community Program Manager on the Industry & Community team at the Tulane University Innovation Institute, a central unit of the university dedicated to fostering creative solutions to challenges in the healthcare, technology, and community development sectors.
Previously, Jalin served as Associate Director of Global Programs in Tulane’s Alumni Affairs Office, where he expanded the university’s alumni network by managing and growing alumni chapters across the country and around the world. He also worked on the Tulane University undergraduate admissions team and served on the Louisiana Promise Committee, a program that directly increased college access for underrepresented students across Louisiana.
Jalin graduated from Tulane University in 2017 with a double major in German Language and Philosophy. In 2025, he earned a Master of Public Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Economic Development. He currently serves as a board member of the Paratum Scholars Organization.
