Biography
Aileen Dingus is an experienced professional in innovation and entrepreneurship, specializing in supporting startups and fostering equitable access to entrepreneurial resources. She brings a strong background in customer discovery, business development, and program management to her Venture Lab Program Director role at Tulane University’s Innovation Institute.
Before joining Tulane, Aileen worked with the NSF I-Corps ™ Hub: Southwest at Louisiana State University, where she led strategic communication efforts and supported programs aimed at helping researchers and entrepreneurs commercialize their innovations. She also spent nearly six years at the University of Arizona’s Tech Launch Arizona, developing and managing programs that supported over 200 entrepreneurial teams in advancing research-based startups. Aileen holds a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship from the University of Arizona. In addition to her professional work, Aileen performs with the NOLA Chorus Girls, embracing her love for dance and New Orleans culture.
