David Tulman

David Tulman is a biomedical engineer and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience working in healthcare surgical settings. He is the COO and co-founder of Instapath, a Tulane spin-off that makes microscopic imaging systems for expedited cancer evaluation and other digital pathology applications. David has experience in the medical device entrepreneurial pathway, including market discovery, fundraising, clinical trials, patents and licensing, financial management, regulatory strategy, HR, academic/industrial partnerships, and sales and marketing strategy. David graduated from Ohio State University (BS 2010) and Tulane University (PhD Bioinnovation 2018).
