Biography
Charles joined Shell in October 2005 and has over 30 years of experience in the delivery of Project Management, Project Engineering and Project Services in Oil & Gas developments throughout the maturation continuum (from Exploration/NBD through Execution & Close Out) across multiple global regions. During his Shell tenure, Charles has worked as a Project Services Manager on Flagship Deepwater projects (GoM & Brazil), and as Senior Cost Estimating Engineer-Upstream on Project Services teams in Houston, New Orleans and Rijswijk with focus on Deepwater, Onshore and Unconventional prospects.
Prior to joining Shell, Charles gained Oil & Gas industry experience working for J. Ray McDermott, Acergy/Subsea7, & Intec-Sea Engineering, in similar capacities. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering & Management (LSU).
Charles and wife Leslie have a son Will, a rising high school junior & lacrosse player, and all enjoy travel to regional and national lacrosse events, as well as exploring internationally!
