I bring deep expertise as a serial entrepreneur, tax and regulatory specialist, and go-to-market and business development leader supporting start-ups and growth-stage companies. My background spans tax strategy, entity structuring, capital planning, and compliance, paired with hands-on experience designing go-to-market strategies, building partnerships, and driving customer acquisition. In addition, I coach founders for pitch competitions, investor meetings, and VC conversations—helping them sharpen their narrative, articulate value creation, and confidently address questions around traction, economics, and risk.
