Biography
For almost two decades, Sienna Abdulahad, M.A.Ed. has transformed organizations through equity-driven leadership that delivers measurable impact in higher education through strategic communications and experiential marketing. Sienna Abdulahad is an accomplished scholar, activist, author, and entrepreneur. She is also a leadership strategist and coach focused on supporting emerging professionals and career‑changers in identifying their strengths, translating their skills, and navigating new opportunities with clarity and confidence.
In her role as Director of Finance & Operations, Abdulahad is responsible for financial management of a $24M portfolio of endowed funds, human resource management, strategic communications, and operations management of the Phyllis M. Taylor Center for Social Innovation and Design Thinking.
Sienna also serves as an adjunct professor teaching courses on leadership, human-centered dialogue facilitation, and speculative fiction for social change at Tulane University.
