James Allen

James Allen is the founder and Managing Member of Southern House Buyers, LLC, a Houston-based real estate investment company specializing in off-market acquisitions, wholesaling, and fix-and-flip. A licensed Texas realtor with eXp Realty, James also leads a growing assumable mortgage practice helping buyers navigate today's rate environment. Since launching Southern House Buyers in 2017 and transitioning full-time in 2019, James has closed hundreds of transactions across Houston's most active markets. A Tulane University MBA graduate and Levy-Rosenblum Institute Entrepreneurship Fellow with a concentration in finance, James brings a rare combination of academic rigor and street-level operator experience to every venture. He is building toward a diversified real estate holding company with a long-term vision of generational wealth and community impact in Houston.
