They deliver affordable, clinician-led specialty care using a hybrid model that combines scheduled visits with frequent asynchronous touchpoints, longitudinal symptom tracking, and standardized treatment pathways. Their care model is already live and serving patients across Louisiana through a direct-care membership approach designed to improve access, continuity, and outcomes in an underserved market. Building on this real-world clinical foundation, they are developing a patient-facing digital check-in and guidance application that formalizes the workflows, symptom intelligence, and asynchronous care processes. This technology will support clinicians in monitoring trends and safety flags and help patients understand treatment responses and when to seek follow-up. Louisiana serves as our initial proof-of-concept market, with a clear pathway to expansion through employer and health system (B2B) partnerships regionally and nationally.
Why Startup Team Mentoring? We are seeking mentoring to support the next phase of growth for an operating, revenue-generating menopause care practice launched in Louisiana. While we have successfully built and validated a hybrid asynchronous care model, the venture is now transitioning from founder-led service delivery to a scalable, technology-enabled platform. Mentorship will help us productize the clinical workflows and symptom-tracking processes we currently deliver manually into a patient-facing digital check-in and guidance application, while maintaining clinical quality and regulatory integrity. We are also seeking guidance in designing repeatable B2B partnership models for employers and health systems, and determining how to prioritize growth opportunities.
