An international keynote speaker and expert in ‘Business Emergencies’, Maartje has a proven track record, including managing the crisis at Hyzon Motors during an SEC investigation, and a strategic overhaul at Shell's Project & Technology hub in Bangalore, India leading to sustained through starts, a renewed competitive edge, and billions in cost savings.

Now settled in New Orleans, Maartje is eager to support local initiatives. She holds an MSc in Innovation Management from Delft University of Technology and is involved with local mentoring and organizations like the Women’s Leadership Academy at Loyola
