Biography
Kelly Venable Carroll is an Assistant Vice President in the division of Campus Services. She is a graduate of Tulane University who has spent the past 30 years working to enhance the campus experience through her work managing business partner relationships, customer relations, communications, and providing staff support. Kelly's ability to identify the strengths and talents of staff has created opportunities to advance and expand their knowledge while empowering them to find solutions to the division's most pressing service-delivery issues.
As part of her commitment to innovation, Kelly created a university-owned technology store, a university-wide transportation system, and consolidated customer engagement offices for the division of Campus Services. Centralization of the offices decreased redundancy, expanded operating hours, and created spaces for impact, synergy, and collaboration.
In 2020, Kelly's work focused on COVID-19 response through leading the Strategic Workplace Re-Opening Team to ensure all university spaces were assessed, prepared, and audited for the Tulane community to safely return to living, learning, researching and working on its campuses.
Kelly is a Louisiana native who lives in the university area with her husband, Bryant and their two sons, Bryant (19) and Robert (16). Outside of Tulane, she enjoys traveling, exercising, listening to podcasts and working on their family's farm.
