Biography
Allen Graber has been instrumental in starting, growing, investing in and, when lucky, profitably exiting technology and software companies for over two decades. Some examples include the following:
• Self-funded and co-founded an early to market business web hosting company called HyperMart that was acquired by a publicly traded company called Go2Net.
• Helped to start the Atlanta Technology Angels in 1999 and serving on their first investment committee for a small early stage investment fund.
• Worked at, invested in and served on the board of directors at SPI Dynamics, a web application security company acquired by HP in 2007 for approx. $85 million.
• Worked at, invested in and served on the board of directors at ShopVisible, a leading ecommerce solutions provider that was acquired by Epicor in 2015.
In addition to the tech world, Allen has more recently branched out to become involved in non-bank small business lending (Upperline Capital) and caffeinated ventures (Brash Coffee Roasters), 4 stores and a roastery in Atlanta).
