Passionate about driving meaningful change through community-based programming, Jay England has dedicated over a decade to designing and leading initiatives for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Her career path reflects a steadfast commitment to excellence and a mission to improve lives.
With extensive experience in program management and a track record of collaborating at the state level to enhance Medicaid services accessibility, she is excited to bring her passion for impactful programming to the entrepreneurial landscape at Tulane University. In her role as Program Manager, she will be the primary point of contact for TUII's programs under the Energize pillar.
As a Master of Public Health candidate at Tulane University and a psychology graduate from Loyola University, her educational foundation complements her practical expertise. Beyond her professional life, you can often find her kayaking in Bayou Saint John or dancing in Mardi Gras with the NOLA Cherry Bombs, showcasing her zest for life and community involvement.
