Leslie Evans

Leslie Evans is passionate about mission driven work and innovation which eliminates disparities in healthcare, technology & education. Leslie is the Director of Social Impact at HIMSS, leading efforts to mobilize and activate HIMSS members to accelerate impact toward the HIMSS vision “to realize the full health potential of every human everywhere.” Prior to this role, Leslie served as the Director of HIMSS Global Health Equity Network and Director of the HIMSS Innovation Center. Across these positions Leslie has driven an intersection between innovation and health equity through collaborative partnerships and fostering cross-disciplinary relationships to help bridge the gap between public interest and technology and build a more inclusive future for all.

Through philanthropy and technology, Leslie sees immense promise of a tech-enabled future when technology is designed with the needs of the public in mind. Leslie’s leadership roles span Fortune 500 Companies, Educational Institutions and Startups with a consistent theme and ability to help businesses align strategy & mission to secure new partners, engage new audiences, drive new market opportunities, and identify innovative pathways to enhance the lives of underserved communities.
